Review Istanbul Hotels
Bright, Airy And Affordable
When you travel on a tight budget you want to make sure that you stay someplace that you can afford and that is clean and comfortable. My family and I stopped in Istanbul on vacation and we wanted to stay near the historic sites of the Old City. The Hotel Park Istanbul hotel was recommended to us and we decided to check out this unique and bright Istanbul hotel for ourselves. We were glad we did as it is located on a quiet side street near the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya. We could walk to most of the attractions in the Old City and we didn’t have to haul out purchases from the Grand Bazaar too far.
There are 22 rooms in this Istanbul hotel, three of which are suites. They are brightly decorated and each of the rooms is very airy with a homey feel. We stayed in the suite with the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, but all of the rooms have a private en-suite bathroom, AC, cable television, telephone, and refrigerator in addition to hair dryers and mini bars. The hotel also has two terraces in which guests can get a great view of the Sea Of Marmara and the Old City.
This Istanbul hotel has a very comfortable and attractive lobby with its own TV area. As small as it is, we were surprised to find that it has a 125 square metre meeting and conference space, making it very attractive to business travellers. The reception desk is open 24 hours, they have wireless internet, and you can get free airport transfers and luggage storage when you stay here. Top it off with complimentary breakfast on one of the terraces, and you have a really nice and affordable place to stay. There may be no swimming pool here, but its location more than makes up for it.
