Review Istanbul Hotels
Intimate With Great Facilities
As a seasoned traveler I enjoy checking out new hotels in exotic places. The Lady Diana Hotel located in the Old City of Istanbul mere minutes from the Blue Mosque was the one I chose for this summer’s trip to Turkey. This Istanbul hotel is smaller than most, but it does not lack in amenities or charm. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are elegant in the way they are decorated and supplied. Complete with its own Turkish bath, sauna, and fitness centre, this Istanbul hotel has everything the traveler would want or need.
The Lady Diana has a rooftop restaurant perfect for breakfast or dinner and the Lobby Café for tea, lunch, and snacks. Once you have enjoyed your meal, you can take a leisurely walk to visit the Blue Mosque and many other historical places. The Museum of Turkish and Islamic Art, the Hippodrome, the Basilica Cistern, the Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar are also all within walking distance of this Istanbul hotel. Its central location is one of the reasons I chose it as my base of touring operations.
This hotel has 70 standard and 5 suite rooms, each of them decorated wonderfully. All of them have a hair dryer, mini bar, telephone in the main room and bathroom, safe, free internet, satellite LCD television and an added living room in the suites. The beds are comfortable and the Lady Diana is the perfect place to rest your head.
