Review Istanbul Hotels
Ottoman House Makes Great Best Western
If you are a business traveller and you have to make sure your hotel fees are not sky high, then checking into a Best Western is always a good choice. The Best Western Hotel Spectra in Istanbul’s Old City is a charming establishment that once was an Ottoman House that the company bought and converted into a hotel. It is located on the corner of the Hippodrome yet the area in which it is located is very quiet. Guests of this Istanbul hotel will enjoy the contrast of quietness and closeness of the major attractions the city has to offer.
This Istanbul hotel has 19 rooms that vary in size but are comfortable none the less. I was in the city for a seminar and this Istanbul hotel was just perfect for my needs. The rooms come in doubles and triples as well as with French beds, and have AC, heating, en-suite baths, television, hair dyers, telephones, and 24 hour room service. While I had hoped that the room would have wireless access, it didn’t, but there is a dedicated internet café within the hotel itself.
The hotel has a very nice rooftop terrace with glass breakfast room where complimentary breakfasts are served as well as a lobby bar. Guests can use a deposit box for free and there is a doctor and pharmacy service available. Additionally, guests can utilize the airport transfer services. Overall, this is a very nice Istanbul hotel that is also affordable.
