Review Istanbul Hotels
Personable Yet Small And Intimate
The Apricot Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey is a lovely hotel located close to the Blue Mosque. I decided to take a cross country trip across Europe and decided to stop in Turkey. Instead of staying at one of the hostels in the city, I chose the Apricot Hotel, a really nice and affordable 3 star establishment. The first thing I noticed was that the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It only has six rooms, and four of them have balconies that overlook the Blue Mosque. This Istanbul hotel is small and intimate, but comfortable and very accommodating.
All of the rooms have great bathrooms complete with some sweet marble work throughout them. The bathrooms are really big and each of them is a little different. All of the rooms can sleep two people, some up to four, and they all come equipped with AC and heating, TV, hair dryer, toiletries, and telephones. Each room also has wireless internet access, and if you don’t have a computer with you there is one for you to use in the lobby in a pinch. Breakfast is included in the price of booking at this Istanbul hotel and the food is great.
The hotel is close to the tram services and the Old City with all of its historical landmarks. If you can afford to stay in the largest suite, it’s well worth it for the bathroom facilities which include a Turkish bath. It really is a great place to stay, and I recommend this hotel highly to people looking for an affordable and luxurious night’s stay.
